Silently, it controls your mood for days.
Annoying doesn’t even begin to describe it.
Right now I’m acknowledging what I believe the problem is. Taking a few deeps breaths seems to help me calm down a bit.
This is my attempt to refocus myself. An effort to reposition my mind more positively. One that I hope will lead to a more productive day ahead.
I’ve got a lot of shit to get done, and the last thing I need is unnecessary stuff controlling me and how I feel.

In my case, I usually need to pause my mind and reflect. Some in the meditation circles would call this “living in the moment.”
That has a beautiful ring to it, sure, but I refer to it as “refocusing my mind.” I will admit that their version sounds much better, but that is not the point.
Saying some catchphrase, or trying a solution that works for someone else is only a good place to start.
It does not guarantee to solve your problem.
Your problems are unique and so are you.
You need a unique solution.
